New version 0.4.2

In this update I have added a new important feature: you can now pay to open gates to get to new points of the map. Right now the only gate to be opened is the one to a small fortress where you need to go to get the Juggernog. I am already working on new parts of the new map Dead City, so you'll have more space to explore.

I have corrected the color of blood effects to something a bit more darker. Now it should look better!

Moreover, I have imported some new art for the weapon locker where you can get the weapons, and a box container for the power-ups. I was not very satisfied with the previous versions for prototyping.

Next features to be introduced are some bugs to solve with the knife, and the possibility to stop the reload with the pump gun. I am also looking forwards to creating a larger city for you to test!
